ANNUAL PUBLIC BOARD MEETING!!!

When: June 19, 2013

Where: Circle Theatre

Our annual public Circle Theatre Board meeting will be held Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at 7:30 PM at Circle Theatre.  Everyone is invited to attend.  We will be revealing the slate for the 2013-2014 Season and electing new Executive Board Officers (President, VP, Secretary, Treasurer). Nominations for any of these positions may be made by any member of Circle Theatre in good standing. Members of CT include all cast and crew members of the current and last production seasons, financial donors of every level, sponsors & advertisers. Nominations can made upto the time of casting of ballots.

What We Do

Circle Theatre is commited to bringing various stage productions to the Barnwell County area. We produce musicals, dramas, comedys and mysteries with casts large and small. We cultivate artists--young and old--from the surrounding area and help develope their creativity on the stage, behind it and in the technical areas. 

Our CT veterans have decades of acting, directing and producing experience and are as eager to pass on their knowledge to others as they are in learning new things from others. 

Every season we produce a minimum of three full stage plays. In addition, every summer we hold a week long youth camp culminating in a mutiple show weekend that always sells out.  Our season ends in August with Awards Night; our big night of recognizing our actors and actresses, directors and producers and some pretty good food and fun with good company.

Our doors and stage are always open to any members of the community who want to work in any way with the stage. We always have room for you and look forward to having you in our credits!

We Need You!

Our Committees currently have slots available for active volunteers to help with Circle Theatre. If you are interested in participating with Circle Theatre in bringing quality plays to Barnwell Country and the surrounding area, we want you!

We have something for everyone: from helping to choose the plays we select for production (Reading and Steering) to raising money (Membership/Fundraising) to helping out backstage (Costumes and Technical).
